Annual subscriptions meeting is cancelled
The subscriptions meeting, scheduled for Sunday 19th February, 2023, has been cancelled.
You will recall that in the Post AGM 2022 Newsletter, notice was given to the effect that should the vast majority of members re-joining choose to renew either by electronic payment or by a cheque in the post, then the subscriptions meeting scheduled for February 19th would be cancelled.
As there are only a handful of members still left to re-join, it is not economically viable to spend time and money on that meeting.
This notice will give any members who have not already renewed, ample time to pay subscriptions before the final date of Tuesday 28th February, 2023.
For those of you who still wish to re-join for 2023, if you haven’t done so already, please
complete and submit the renewal form on the Club’s website:-
You will then receive an email giving you details on how to pay and the amount due.
Failure to complete by midnight on 28th February, 2023 will result in all vacant places being offered to applicants on the waiting list.
