We are moving to electronic news letters.
Dear Member,
During each calendar year the Committee currently sends out 3 newsletters to the ‘Full’ membership by post - the Spring Newsletter, the Pre-AGM Newsletter and the Post-AGM Newsletter. However, due to the increased cost of postage and administration, it has been decided that following this Spring Newsletter, the only newsletter which will continue to be sent out by post will be the Post-AGM Newsletter.
In future, all other correspondence will be sent out by electronic mail to all active email addresses on the Club’s database. Once received, access to the electronic newsletters can be gained by entering the password that is shown within the Spring Newsletter, that you will receive by post.
Any member who cannot access the newsletters electronically can contact Lloyd Atkinson, Treasurer/Subscriptions Officer, (contact details in Club Rule book) and request to continue receiving them by post.
