Our Chairman, Neil Ashforth, attended Northumbrian Water’s local action plan event on Thursday 18th July.

He raised recent angler reports of discoloration, froth and a smell of urine in the lower part of the river in the Cong burn area as well as ongoing issues with Red House Gill and the Park Stretch sewer overflow.
